Started my run off with a slow warm-up of 8:00-8:30 pace. After that I did 3, 800 meter sprints consiting of 800 meter cool downs after each one. I had to run them in 3:00 or less. I did good the first two sprints, not sure about the last one because I forgot to stop me watch. After all the sprints I did 1.5 mile SLOOOW cool down. Great run thought! All thanks to my fantastic dad and coach!!! |
