Fun race today! Got to see what my competition would be for the upcoming season of Cross Country. Looks like my team is going to have to step it up just a little. Nothing a good solid 3 months cant take care of right?

7 miles up in the mountains with the parents. I destoryed them up, but then had some bowel movements half way up. A mile out I caught up to my parents and beat them back to the car. Twas a good run.
